Audemars Piguet Launches New Royal Oak Offshore Automatic Chronograph 43mm 26420ST
Audemars Piguet has extended its chronograph collection using the launch of the new Royal Oak Offshore Automatic Chronograph 43mm, Ref. 26420S. OO. A828CR. 01.
Inspired by the hues associated with Habanos cigars, the watch includes a smoked bronze dial along with dark edges that lengthen to a black inner frame, with a tachymeter scale outlined in white.
The counters at nine, 6 and 3 o’clock match up the black inner viser, crown and pushers, almost all made of ceramic.
The dial features the enduring Méga Tapisserie pattern, together with trapezoidal hour markers as well as black gold Royal Oak hands, and is filled with lustrous material to improve readability within low-light conditions.
The brand new watch features a 43 mm x 14. 4 mm case made of stainless steel using alternating satin-brushed and refined surfaces and is equipped with the actual automatic Calibre 4401 motion.
This is the most recent integrated chronograph movement through the Manufacture, equipped with a line wheel and a vertical clutch system system to enable, stop and also reset the flyback wathe function.
The actual flyback function enables the particular chronograph hand to return to absolutely no position instantly and start calculating time again at the contact of a button.
Calibre 4401 also functions an instant date change system and beats at twenty-eight, 800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) to provide a 70-hour reserve of power.
The sky-blue caseback showcases the dark 22K rose gold skeletonized one and the fine finishing from the components, such as Côtes hun Genève, vertical, circular along with sunray brushing, circular graining and polished chamfers.
The brown crocodile leather strap is hand-polished in Oxford and posseses an interchangeable strap system. Water-proof to 10 bar (100 metres/330 feet), the watch comes with a additional black rubber band for a sportier look.
