Two years have passed since the Himalayan nation promulgated its new constitution at the historic Constituent Assembly in 2015.


A special function was organized to mark the Constitution Day at the Nepal Army pavilion in Kathmandu, attended by President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun Stephan El Shaarawy Jersey , Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, among others.
